I'm pretty relieved to see the hammer pants go, but I'll always be a fan of leggings and blazers. What is your favorite trend of '09?

I like blazers and tights/leggings. I'm hoping that they are still "in" for 2010 because I just bought a boyfriend blazer and I have a ton of tights. Oh, I'll always wear leggings-in or out!!
Ooh, I really love sequins, I think they instantly elevate an outfit. I do admit to a love/hate relationship with them 'cause I am always afraid they will fall off unless really secured, but ooh, they are so pretty!
Leggings and blazers? Not going anywhere!!! We can keep them alive... :)
blazers are forever! Same with plaid. :) I will not be sad to see hammer pants go. ugh!! I guess biker chic (buckled boots, leather jackets) are another trend, but I think that's another with staying power-- like the hard-to-kill legging fad. ;)
I agree, hammer pants are just silly, but I hope leggings never go out of style!
Why harem pants, why?? Bad bad idea. Blazers are a great staple outfit, I think they'll always be in style. Leggings- I obviously like them b/c I own a few pairs, but have to emphasize that they are not pants!! I just saw an F21 employee today wearing them as pants and I just wanted to throw her a skirt!!
i'm a big fan of blazers and leggings. i don't consider myself trendy though. i've worn blazers since forever, so that and leggins, i'll continue to wear. i think these two will become more of a preference, as opposed to a trend.
